With Leap! being guided by Chief Operating Officer DeAnna Quick and her dedicated team, we are committed to ensuring that our events are extraordinary and unforgettable for each and every dancer. Our passion for what we do shines through in every detail.

We deeply value every dancer, regardless of where they stand in their artistic journey. Our foremost goal is to uplift and celebrate them for who they are. We embrace individuality, while still upholding the spirit of good sportsmanship and inclusivity, encouraging all dancers to support one another.
