The Industry Dance Awards and Gala of Stars is an annual celebration that unites the global dance community to honor creativity, industry innovation, and ongoing efforts against cancer. Set in the historic Avalon Theater in Hollywood, California, and extending to the glamorous Beverly Hilton for the Gala of Stars, this prestigious event gathers dancers, educators, pioneers, and dance icons to be recognized for their significant achievements and artistic contributions. At each regional event, Leap selects nominees to represent us in the Industry Dance Awards voting process, giving them a chance to take home a coveted award at “The Most Prestigious Dance Event Of The Year!”
Dancers Against Cancer (DAC) is a non-profit organization providing financial assistance to dance educators, dancers, and their families affected by cancer. DAC is more than a charity; it's a movement. United by passion for dance and driven by a mission to support those battling cancer, they provide financial assistance and foster a supportive community for individuals and families navigating this challenging journey. The Invitational: A Global Dance Experience is a unique one-of-a-kind World-Wide Event by INVITATION ONLY, taking place August 4-7, 2025 at the Hilton Anatole, Dallas, TX. This 4-day mega event consisting of the Highest Level 1st Place Soloists, Small Groups, Large Groups and Lines, will showcase the BEST talent of the top competitive dance studios across the world sponsored from leading dance competitions & conventions. By attending a Leap Regional, you are eligible to receive a Bid to Win to be In the Running toward the ultimate goal – an Official Invitation to this extraordinary dance experience!
The Association of Dance Competitions & Conventions (The ADCC) was founded in 2014 to support the 300+ dance competition and convention owners, 40,000+ dance studios, and hundreds of dance merchants across the country as we work together to expand and professionalize our industry through networking, education, access to resources, and camaraderie. At each event, Leap proudly presents the ADCC Studio of Excellence Award, recognizing studios that exemplify the ADCC values of excellence and teamwork. Winners are honored in the ADCC Studio of Excellence directory and featured in the magazine, The Competitive Advantage!
