 This Privacy Policy and Data Protection Statement (the “Policy”) is established by Spotlight Events, Inc. (“Company”), to outline the collection, use, disclosure, and safeguarding of personal information obtained in the course of business operations. Spotlight Events, Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any material changes will be posted publicly with a revised effective date. Continued use of Company services or the Website after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
