FINALIZE YOUR REGISTRATION
Let’s give everything one good review.
Your LEAP weekend is getting closer, and now is the perfect time to make sure your registration reflects what you're actually bringing.
Take a few minutes in Dance Comp Genie (DCG) to review your dancers, routines, opportunities, and balance.
01 - CHECK YOUR ROUTINES
Is everyone—and everything—accounted for?
Competition plans can change between the beginning of the season and now. That's normal.
Take a fresh look at your registration and confirm:
✓ All of your routines are entered
✓ The correct dancers are attached to each routine
✓ Routine names are final
✓ Ages and group sizes are accurate
✓ Categories are correct
✓ Competitive levels are correct
Most importantly:
Does your registration match the routines you're actually bringing to LEAP?
If not, now is the time to clean it up.
02 - TAKE ONE LAST LOOK AT YOUR LEAP OPPORTUNITIES
Remember Stop 02?
Before you consider your registration finished, think back to the experiences we introduced earlier in your Road to LEAP.
Do you have dancers who want to participate in Title?
Have you talked with your dancers about LEAP For The Stars?
Do your eligible Seniors know about Leading with a LEAP?
Are there Regional opportunities that could connect your dancers to Team LEAP or Nationals?
You don't need to participate in everything.
We just want you to know what's available while there's still time to make the opportunities that require advance registration part of your plans.
remember you cannot sign up at the event, if you want your dancers to participate you have to register prior to the event
03 - KNOW YOUR PAYMENT DATES
Two dates. Two different jobs.
Your event has a Discount Date and a Closing Date.
Your exact dates vary by event, so always refer to your official event information for the dates that apply to your studio.
Then I'd make this extremely visual:
DISCOUNT DATE
Pay by this date to preserve all eligible savings, including applicable Club LEAP loyalty savings.
CLOSING DATE
The final payment deadline to retain the applicable Savings Rate.
The approved 2027 messaging states that when an eligible studio pays after the Discount Date but by the Closing Date, it can retain the Savings Rate but forfeits the Club LEAP loyalty discount. Payments after the Closing Date move to Regular Registration pricing.
LEAP TIP
Don't wait until the deadline to look at your balance. Review it now so you have time to ask questions if something doesn't look the way you expected.
04- REVIEW YOUR BALANCE
Make sure what you're paying for matches what you're bringing.
While you're in DCG, take a look at your current balance.
Before making your final payment, make sure your registration is accurate and that you understand the deadline associated with your studio's pricing.

CLUB LEAP + YOUR ROUTINE COUNT
Has your season changed?
We know routine counts can shift as a competition season takes shape.
For studios participating through the early-commitment program tied to Club LEAP eligibility, the current 2027 program materials ask studios to remain within approximately 10% of their original estimated routine count.
A significant reduction beyond that threshold may result in the loss of the applicable Club LEAP loyalty discount.
If your routine count has changed significantly, now is a good time to review it.

□ I've finalized any advance-registration opportunities my dancers want

□ I've reviewed my balance
□ I know what I need to do to preserve my applicable savings
